The space The apartment has been completely renovated, all furniture , bathroom and kitchen equipment are new. Three independent and private bedrooms, two of the bedrooms with one double queen bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Two of bedrooms are facing the street , and one bedroom facing the back inner patio, with an attached private bathroom. The windows and balcony doors are new and soundproof, with automatic shutters , essential for a great sleep in a busy city like Madrid. One living room with 2 sofas (one sofa bed), a large flat TV with cable digital channels 2 full bathrooms , one attached with a tub and the other with bathroom shower floor. The property building has an elevator but not usually need since the flat is on the very first floor. Kitchen appliances are new and modern, digital glass stove top, and all in one cloth washer/dryer. The location of this apartment is the best feature, right in the Madrid historic center, walking distance to Atocha train and metro station and Reina Sofia and Prado museum, beautiful Retiro park , and main shopping area. Just an easy walk away from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. There are great restaurants all around which I can give some recommendations. The decoration is clean, modern, fresh and relaxing. The open kitchen is fully equipped with laundry, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, glass top range with oven, microwave. We leave fresh linens and towel for each guest, and extra cleaning for stays longer than a week. The beds mattresses and pillows are comfortable , single and queen sizes, essential items to have restful night after long day of sightseeing. The dining area is large with enough seating space, living room is perfect for large families. Guest access Fiber optic fast internet with WiFi , microwave , washer/dryer, dishwasher, a/c and heating units in each living area. Coffee capsule machine and Italian stove top coffee maker. Kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, dishware, cookware, and basic cooking utensils, and some dish cleaning supplies. The sofa bed is in the living room, please do inform if you want it to be made as a bed , so it is ready when you arrive. Other things to note Please take care to follow house rules for the apartment , and respect our neighbour sleep. Parties are strickly forbidden.
