The internet is strong and capable of Zoom meetings, etc. Based on guest reviews there is a new memory foam mattress topper for those who prefer a less firm mattress. Guest access The house also has a front lanai (porch) with a table and chairs complete with an outdoor rug. The back lanai has an outdoor rattan couch, a dining table and chairs, a rug, bar stools and some "party lights" for nighttime ambiance. The best hang out spot may be the covered carport which has been transformed into an outdoor dining/BBQ room/tiki bar complete with tables and chairs, a BBQ with charcoal and a charcoal starter (uses newspaper, not lighter fluid, and gets coals going fast), a cooler, rugs, and a tiki torch (only light in yard). Other things to note Taxes will be added in to your total. Best to buy groceries in Hilo or Kona for the best choice and price Kona has Costco; Hilo has Safeway, Target, KTA, Foodland).
