we are grant summit cabins and have 9 cabins on the property in a gated community. we built the cabins ourselves and manage them also. beautiful landscape and concrete drive into the area. we started building in 2011 and have built according to demand. i have always turned down several families so i kept building . the area is not crowded and the views are great. we live 5 miles from property so we are not far away if you have a problem of any sort. The space open loft queen bedroom on one end, open loft twin bed and futon on other end. downstairs one king bedroom , only one bathroom in cabin. cabin is small but spacious.
