We like to define our country home as a place to dream and relax. We care about your comfort and we think we are not only a place to sleep, but a real home for your lovely holidays. The house is 2700 square feet, with 3 private bedrooms, 2 renovated bathrooms (full bath [shower & tub], a large living room with 16 feet of couch, fireplace, and TV & DVD player. It has a one-car garage, central air-conditioning, and wireless internet. The house also has two clothes washers and a dryer, a screened-in gazebo, a porch, Hallockville Pond just behind the house, and 10,000 acres of marked trails to hike and explore. Sleeping : -2 king-size beds, a queen gel mattress, 1 double bed, two queen futon beds, a double mattress on the floor, an inflatable queen mattress, a crib, and two couches. Kitchen : -Fully stocked kitchen, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, 12-cup drip coffee maker, electric stove and oven and eat-in kitchen wood table. -A propane BBQ, a smoker BBQ, and a charcoal grill (for use on the patio please) -Everything you could possibly need for breakfast as well as a delightful dinner. In the summer of 2016, manageable rail road log stairs behind the house down to the pond has been built. The house insulation, the stainless steel stove, the living room carpet, and the laundry dryer were all purchased new during COVID 2020 cleanliness improvements. In 2019 the kitchen floors, the basement carpets, the charcoal grill, king and queen mattresses were newly purchased and the kayaks, both bathrooms are repainted, as well as the 16 foot C shaped gray couches (New in May 2018) in the living room, new carpets on the entire stairs and upper floor, NEST wireless thermostats, all have been replaced with new items within the past 5 years. Other things to note The house comes with a 4 digit wireless lock combo, thus avoiding the need to meet anyone to transfer keys. Checkin 24/7. The house is always prepared prior to guests arrival. We have indoor motion sensors, and cameras outdoors. We have 24/7 video/audio security cameras on the exterior of property. They are located on the front porch (facing the front door and BBQ, above the garage door monitoring the driveway, the side yard (facing our gazebo and garden), and back (facing our woodpile). These are security cameras focused on the entryways and designed to maintain privacy while enjoying our home. We do request a supplemental pet cleaning fee for those bringing dogs. In the summer, we include inflatable car inner tubes for tubing, 3 kayaks (2 single person and a 2 person) & (lifeguard grade) stand up paddleboard, organic garden-grown fruits & vegetables.
