Open the front door to foyer and go left to private bedroom with its own bathroom, and balcony. Go right to 2nd bedroom with its own bathroom or continue on to the common area which includes living room, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen. Step out to the 2nd balcony. Postcard views of Lake at every turn. Go upstairs to the 3rd bedroom, which has its own living area with couch, and full private bathroom that includes a very large jacuzzi tub. Every bedroom has room darkening blinds, TV, and King beds. Free firewood for fireplace. Keurig drip and pod- coffee for drip supplied. Everything at Midlake is effortless and beautiful. Outside you can walk everywhere with peace, quiet and safety. Great hiking and biking - I leave bikes for you( not in winter time ). POOL/HOT TUB- OPEN IN SUMMER ONLY. Walk to the seasonal pool/hot tub out back, the Lake, or beach club (OPENS Memorial day weekend till Labor day weekend- then open weekends only in September. If pool out back is closed can use heated pool at Beach club that overlooks the lake (Open memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend and then only weekends until September 18th. At beach club is a Tiki bar and restaurant, pool, hot tub, the only access to lake swimming, tennis, volley ball, play ground, and activities. They have a trampoline in the lake that the kids love jumping from! Can RENT KAYAKS, PONTOON BOATS there. Can walk to skiing in the winter at BIG BOULDER SKI RESORT. I leave bikes ( only one at Midlake who does) for exploring around the lake. Every turn at Midlake fills you with awe at the quiet beauty. Guest access I leave for you free access to my bikes, and the whole place! Penthouse is so cozy and serene. There is a grill on balcony- propane only, and if tank is empty take to local gas station to exchange. I leave you fresh linens, toilet paper, and paper towels. Please bring your own beach/ bath towels. Free firewood in the winter time. I pay for your beach passes! No extra charges! So much to do at the four seasons retreat. FALL: hiking, biking, lakefront dining, Jim Thorpe WINTER: ski or tubing at Big Boulder ski Lodge. You can walk there. SPRING: hiking and biking and visiting Jim Thorpe. SUMMER: POOLS/HOT TUB open memorial day weekend- if pool is closed out back can walk to heated beach club pool that overlooks lake. I pay for your passes. Pools and HOT TUB CLOSE after Labor day weeked except on weekends through September. Beach club, lake swimming, two pools at Midlake, kayaking, biking, tiki bar, restaurant, activities, hiking and more. So much more to do in the area such as wineries, H2O indoor water park, bowling, arcade, movie theater, best paintball, white water rafting, skiing, hiking and biking. Visit Jim Thorpe. Go to the outlets, casinos, neighboring Split Rock, great restaurants, zip lining, white water rafting, and the best paint ball. Other things to note Combination lock on the front door- easy -no carrying around of keys .Parking is so easy and plenty of it. Park right in front. Midlake is family-oriented so no loud music after 10 p.m. Do not get into the pool if the gate is locked and no attendant. No glass in the pool area. No towels over the balcony. No charcoal in the grill- it's propane. No fireworks. Absolutely no pets allowed!! HOA rules.
