Huge family suite with two queen size bed plus a lounge area, crib (if needed), Smart TV, desk, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks. The two additional bedrooms with a queen and king, plus two additional bathrooms, three in total. Open concept kitchen is equipped with commercial gas stove/oven/griddle and dishwasher, coffee machine (filter), ceiling fan, plus everything you'll need for meal prep and cooking, bring your extra spices though if only salt & pepper don't cut it! Laundry with washer & dryer Large living room with tons of seating and lounging, ceiling fan, plus fireplace and Smart TV. Fast 400mbps internet. A huge deck with grill, plus firepit. The seasonal pool is 40x20 ft - 4ft to 10ft, (open Mid June to Labor Day) It's an older pool and deck, immersed in nature, but works perfect. Optional additional fee to heat at $35 per day in July and August (in the colder months of June and September the heater charge is per usage as it can be costly, weather depended). We have fans in the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. During the Summer, we also have A/C units in each of the three bedrooms, you likely won’t need them. Most times, the ceiling fans keep it pretty cool. During the Winter we have 2 thermostats throughout the home that keep you plenty warm. Located on a private rustic road just outside Marbletown, 15 mins to Kingston, and 22 mins to Woodstock, NY. This property is remote, which we love! Please be aware cell service can be spotty, but WIFI is great. Also because it’s the country, storms do cause power outages sometimes, we do have a backup generator. Pets are allowed upon approval for an additional $100 fee per furry friend.
