Cute totally remodeled Cottage 100 feet from Beach
Cute 2 bedroom and 2 full bath cottage. Kitchen and bathrooms completely updated this year. Although built in 1951 has had multiple upgrades. Big back yard with pergola, large fire pit and BBQ. Smaller front yard with beautiful landscaping and comfortable seating - a great place to people watch, as we are close to the beach and fishing pier. Ready to live in with all the linen, towels, dishware. Driveway parking. The space Cottage built in 1951, but is totally refurbished with a new kitchen, hypoallergic flooring, comfortable furnishings, wifi, HDTV (cable), and REALLY easy access to the beach, costal trails and pier fishing. It is finished off with lots of nice decorative touches and a huge library of great beach reading. Guest access This is a private home that we love to use frequently for our own enjoyment, but when it is leased out to our AirBNB community, it becomes their private space with one small exception. We do reserve a couple of drawers and cabinets for our own stuff and hope that you will respect those places.
