The original section of our home was built in the 1890’s with 2 additions thereafter. Our large eat in fully equipped kitchen and dining room provide plenty of space for our guests. The spacious sunkin great room has a sectional around a Samsung smart TV, 2 additional sofas and small gathering table. We no longer allow burning in the fireplaces. Both bar and dining room, share views of the horse arena. The bar has a separate entrance but looks into the dining room so you can continue conversations with your guests. Original pine walls and wood beam cielings. You can view the horses from within the house with their daily turnout (weather permitting). The large master bedroom has a private bathroom and ample storage consisting of a dresser, nightstands with USB/Wall outlets, armoire with a smart TV and 3 large closets. Hardwood flooring throughout second floor and area rugs. The bed bodes a medium firmness pillowtop mattress with a 3inch feather bed on top and bamboo pillows with soft microfiber sheets. The crib resides in the master bedroom with a cotton sheet. The 2nd spacious bedroom bodes a queen bed with a feather mattress topper, faux fireplace, hardwood flooring, nightstands, dresser, armoire. The third bedroom is fitted with a full size bed which has an orthopedic mattress topper. Suited with a dresser, nightstands, large closet, armoire, USB ports in lamps and views of the tree lined back yard. All bedrooms have extra pillows available. The 4th bedroom has a half step into the room and is decorated for the kiddos with a double twin size trundle bed. A small table and chairs with toy chest. The newly renovated (2021) master bath has a shower stall for bathing and the newly renovated (also 2021) common bathroom with a shower and soaking bathtub. We provide all size cotton bath towels for all of your bathing needs. The home is atop a long beautiful driveway centered on 16 acres. With renting our home you can enjoy the back yard, front and side yards. The barn is adjacent just across the lane and is PROHIBITED 🚫 without a Bran Manor Staffer. Upon booking we will reach out to you in your first 24 hours of booking to reiterate our exemptions and if we cannot accommodate you, you may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of booking. . This is to ensure all of our animals are safe in quarantine, and the health of myself in my home regarding allergies to animals. If you would need to relocate, I would be more than happy to help you find an Airbnb with no exemptions that could best serve you and your service animals as a courtesy..  Other things to note Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, grill utensils, blender, cutting boards, spices, salt and pepper etc. You would need to bring your own food as we do not provide any perishable or liquid items. We provide ample towels, bedding, and a few toiletries. And this section is where I put my teacher hat on: We strive to have 100% transparency with potential house guests so they can know what to expect from us and what is allowable. No smoking in our home or anywhere on the property including your vehicle. No campfires or any open or contained fire of any kind is allowed. We do not host service animals of any kind in home which must remain dander free due to allergies. We do NOT allow parties of any size. Remember we have a 10 maximum guest allowance. The guests on your Airbnb rental agreement are the ONLY guests allowed at our home at any time. Guests are not defined by being in our residence overnight. Guests are anyone at our property for any length of time. Airbnb and the homeowner fully restrict anyone not on the lease to enter the property.
