Located near Downtown Abilene, McMurry Univ., Hardin-Simmons Univ., and Abilene Christian Univ. Our family-friendly haven accommodates a maximum of 8 guests in kick-up-your-heels style. The space The main cottage house is all on one floor and sleeps up to 8 in a comfortable master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath featuring a walk-in shower, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a queen bedroom that share a full hall bathroom. Two more guests can be accommodated back on the new living room queen size sofa bed with memory foam topper. Eleven09 also has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with seating for 6 plus an extra table available for seating an additional 6 guests, a washer/dryer, cozy bed and bath linens, WIFI, and Smart TVs with live local and cable channels in all bedrooms, living room and back patio. Our back garden is a highlight of the property. It is everyone's favorite spot to relax with family and friends. It's so lovely that it has even been host to a small wedding and frequently guests use it to entertain their friends for a wedding shower, baby shower, ladies' luncheon or family college graduation celebration (please reach out if you plan to have a gathering, so that we can coordinate details). ****We've expanded our property holdings and are now the proud owners of Ten33, which is just a few steps away.
