Guest access Guests can access the entire house, including private hot tub and laundry room. Other things to note Villa Ruidoso is not suited for wild parties and is intended for a relaxing couples' weekend or for a family fun getaway. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. The fireplace is a GAS fireplace. Please do not burn wood or cook any food in the fire. Damage will require guests to cover fees incurred. For security and safety purposes we have two outside cameras at front door entrance. We turn them on at check-in to monitor that the number of guests does not exceed the maximum and pets are not brought on the property.
