Off street parking. laundry on -site and food prep area fridge,micro,BBQ, toaster oven, sink, Keurig The space the queen bed is comfortable with lovely linens and towels. there are 25 or so steps down to unit. There are no common areas. There is no formal kitchen but everything is there for simple food preparation. Guest access Parking off street for two cars. Other things to note My preference is for one person.
