We offer 2 beds & 1 bathroom in our home, as well as kitchen, dining, laundry room and covered patio, about 3/4 mi west of downtown, or a 15 minute walk. In Atlanta, about an hour away, there's the World of Coke, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Park & CNN just to name a few. Pinewood/Raleigh Studios are short drive away, as is Senoia Raceway, a dirt car race track. We have great restaurants, antique shops, gift, coffee and fudge shops around. Golf carts are rented downtown, we highly recommend! The space Your home away from home is in Willow Dell addition. It’s a quiet, friendly, family oriented neighborhood. We have great neighbors! We are minutes from downtown Senoia, by car, or an easy 10-15 minute walk. There are movie & tv series tours given daily. The Senoia Historical society is a great place to learn the history of Senoia. The kitchen is a good size with everything you'll need to cook your own meals, there’s plenty of seating inside, or outside, on the patio. The living room is large and has more than enough seating, a fireplace for cold nights & a 65" Smart TV. The TV will stream with any of your own accounts, we have regular antenna tv too, for watching local channels. There is Wi-Fi, the password is in the guide book, on the coffee table. There is a Speed Queen washer and dryer set for your use, we provide detergent and dryer sheets. Going outside, you'll find a large, fenced in backyard, a large covered patio with ceiling fans, a table with 4 chairs, a fire pit and charcoal grill for you to use, in open areas only please! We do not allow pets. Please see rules regarding service animals. NO SMOKING anywhere on the property at all please! And that includes vaping, cigars or marijuana. There will be an extra $1000.00 smoke removal fee if we smell smoke. Guest access We visit as well, but won’t be staying there during your visit, our part of the house & the garage will be locked. You will be free to come and go as you please with your own personal lock code that is specific to only you and is deactivated upon check out. Other things to note We are located near historic downtown Senoia and its many shops and restaurants. The Walking Dead series was filmed in & around us. Downtown Senoia was called Woodbury in the 3rd season of the Walking Dead. Many movies & TV shows have been filmed in or near the area; Fried Green Tomatoes, Pet Cemetery, Driving Miss Daisy are a few. There is a touring company downtown that provides many tours daily.
