Set on a rare half-acre in downtown Manchester, the house and property have everything you need to feel the charm of southern Vermont, while still being within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The space With 4 upstairs bedrooms and a bunk room to sleep 3 in the basement, there is plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen and living room are appointed with brand new appliances and electronics to give all guests a 5-star experience. The dining area is large enough to seat all the guests around one table, and the couch in front of the fireplace faces an 70-inch TV and can seat 10 comfortably.
