Stay in and enjoy the patio and large yard for a cookout and lawn games, or walk to town for shopping, great restaurants and the movie theater. Hammonasset Beach State Park is less than 2 mi. away and opportunities for relaxing on the beach, swimming, hiking, road/mtn. biking, boating, fishing, kayaking, SUP, bird watching, etc. are all close by. The space There is a large family room, patio, dining area and kitchen. 1 bathroom. 1 bedroom has 1 queen bed, the other bedroom has1 bunk bed and 1 full bed. There is an office space with one twin daybed in it as well. Guest access There is parking in the driveway. Other things to note There are window air conditioning units in both bedrooms and a large unit in the family room. * Please note the TV is an internet based system. There is no cable TV. You will have to use your own subscriptions to Netfilx, Amazon, Disney, etc. to watch TV.
