The space Located in beautiful Thousand Oaks, Casa Azul is just 4 minutes from the freeway and 30 minutes to PCH and the local beaches. The area offers a variety of great restaurants, wineries, and exciting nightlife. For outdoor enthusiasts, nearby hiking spots include Wildwood Regional Park and the Los Robles Trail. Major attractions like Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knott’s Berry Farm, and Six Flags Magic Mountain are all within easy driving distance. The outdoor living space highlights the natural beauty of Southern California with an elegant fountain, rose gardens, and manicured lawn. Enjoy year-round dining in the spacious outdoor area, and unwind in the gazebo with comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and gas BBQ. The solar-heated pool and spa complete this inviting space. Inside, the kitchen is equipped with professional-grade stainless steel appliances, a large fridge/freezer, and a separate beverage fridge. The living room features a cozy couch, upholstered chairs, and a TV, while the family room has a large sectional, TV, and gas fireplace. Casa Azul sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms and an office. The primary bedroom includes a California King bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a Full bed, and the office offers a sleeper sofa. A second bathroom is located off the hall. This Mediterranean-style home is perfect for a private vacation or a comfortable base for exploring Southern California. We maintain a strict cancellation policy, and no parties or events are allowed. The property is monitored by two outdoor RING cameras (at the front door and side gate). The pool is open year-round, heated by solar from May to September. The temperature varies due to outdoor seasonal daytime, and nighttime temperatures. The daily heating fee is $75/day if you wish additional heating. (Note: depending on daytime and nighttime air temperatures it can take up to 1 - 2 days to reach optimal heat with additional heating option.) The spa heating is free and runs year-round from 4 pm - 9 pm daily (soft jets only) and is heated to approximately 100 degrees. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. One dog is allowed with prior approval and a $150 pet fee. No cats (due to severe allergies). Please note, Casa Azul is intended for family use only. Commercial filming or photography is not permitted without prior written approval and additional fees. Guest access Garage parking is available for 3 vehicles along with driveway parking.
