Note: The entrance door is 28 inches width. You will have a dedicated, clearly marked parking spot just a few feet from the entrance door making it super easy to unload and begin enjoying your getaway. There is also a parking spot for an additional vehicle (i.e. car, truck, small boat) located in the corner of the driveway area. In addition to the 300 square foot guest suite, you have 200 square feet of outdoor living space which includes loungers, Adirondack chairs, a gas fire pit, patio table for 2 and an George Foreman electric grill. Outdoor curtains may closed for additional privacy if desired. You also have complimentary access to beach toys, two beach cruiser bikes, and a tandem kayak (available by reservation). Other things to note * Strict No Pet Policy, No pets (of any kind) are allowed in the suite or on the property. $500 non-refundable pet fee or reservation cancelled. * Primary Renter must be at least 25 years old. Will consider guests under 25 on a case by case basis. * Outside smoking and vaping only. *Suite accommodates a maximum of two people. *No unregistered guests. Unregistered guests may result in cancellation of reservation or remainder of stay. *No visitors allowed on premises without prior approval from host. *Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. *Parking: We provide two parking spaces for guests. Each parking space accommodates only one vehicle. Parking Space #1: Located by suite entrance door (use for car, truck, or SUV) Parking Space #2: Located in corner of driveway (use for additional car, truck, SUV, or small boat). *Security Cameras: There are two audio/video security cameras on the property. Camera #1 is located at the top of the front steps and it only “sees” the front steps and driveway. Camera #2 is located on patio post of guest suite and only sees Airbnb entrance door and parking spot.
