The Master Bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and is equipped with ceiling fans, as well as a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 full beds. The third bedroom has been designed as a kids' room, and it has 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed on the first floor. All rooms have Smart TVs for entertainment. Other things to note Please take note of the following rules and regulations for your stay: - No parties or events are allowed. - Only registered guests are permitted on the property. There is a fee of $250 per pet for bringing pets. - Local guests must contact the host before booking. - Parking is available on the paver driveway. Please do not park on the street. Maximum 3 cars allowed. - Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 pm. - Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Please dispose of any garbage in the trash cans provided throughout the house. - The BBQ is available for use by guests staying at the property. If it is left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an additional fee of $50 may be charged. - When using the pool, please do not run or dive in and around it. Children should always be supervised by an adult. - We provide plastic and silicone items to be used near the pool area. Please refrain from bringing any glass items. - Please remember to keep all doors and windows locked. - Please use utilities responsibly. - For fire prevention and safety, please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when not in use. - Guests who have a party without the host's permission will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of $300 and may be asked to vacate the property immediately. - If you book a stay on behalf of additional guests, you are responsible for ensuring that they meet the host's requirements and agree to these terms and conditions. The primary guest is held responsible and liable for all actions of any guests. - Please inform us immediately of any malfunctioning equipment or damage. Any damages or missing items will be billed to the primary guest.
