The space We welcome you to experience high quality guest comfort while getting to enjoy a little farm life. Our small, 10 acre farm has horses, goats, sheep and a steer as well as chickens. Ducks, geese and peacocks roam around as well. We strive for a simple, holistic farm where our land and animals live with health, respect and harmony. This farm is part of the Great Pyrenees Rescue of Montana, with several of these big white dogs here guarding livestock at any time while they wait to be adopted. Enjoy the entire private lower apartment with its own entrance, living room, full bath and kitchen that has been newly renovated with guest needs and attention to detail and your comfort in mind. This space will be exclusively yours. Bring your own groceries and prepare your own meals, the way you would like, in a fully stocked kitchen. (Note: no large oven, toaster oven only.) Fresh farm eggs can be delivered every morning. You can enjoy a fire in the stove, if you prefer more than just the electric heat. Enjoy a large, very open, deck overlooking most of the pastures and pond with mountain views as well. Or soak in the more secluded hot tub on the patio. Gorgeous Canyon Ferry Lake is 6 miles away. We are about 15 to 20 minutes away from popular destinations such as airport, Carroll College, downtown, fairgrounds, outlet stores, Great divide ski hill, Lakes, and Mount Helena and the Walking Mall. Four wheel or all-wheel drive is highly recommended in winter and spring. Guest access The entire lower level with it's own entrance, is for your private use, including a laundry room, kitchen, full bath and living room and two bedroom, each with a "heavenly" queen bed. There is a large screen monitor to watch movies off of your laptop if desired. There is WiFi, but no cable or dish TV service here. Other things to note Please contact us directly if you are traveling with your horse and need accommodations. $20 per horse per night, and required health certs. We can accommodate guests' dogs if you are willing to keep them either leashed or in our large outdoor kennel while on the property, and have vaccination records.
