The home features a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room, backyard and covered patio, as well as luxury inclusions such as air conditioning in all bedrooms, free Wifi, a microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, HD TV and blu-ray player. All rooms have a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a private balcony off the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms on the second floor share a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. These two rooms can sleep 2 people each, with the beds made up either as 2 single beds or one king bed. The main floor bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Southern Marsh can accommodate 7 guests comfortably and in some circumstances it may be suitable for 8 people. Guest access The house is equipped with a landline telephone, free Wifi, HD TV with blu-ray player and a good selection of movies on dvd as well as access to Netflix. Appliances include a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans. All sheets and towels are provided, including beach towels. We also provide hand soap, dishwashing and laundry detergent.
