Guests are also encouraged to visit Bar & Board Bistro on the first and second floor. We also recommend making reservations for larger groups. Other things to note Let us know if you have any special requests. Please be aware that our penthouse is located in the heart of downtown Newport right next door to the Blues Cafe and above Bar and Board Bistro which occasionally has live music and closes at 1am so there is potential for noise. There is also no use of the gas stove/oven due to previous misuse by guests, so we are offering 15% off at the Bar & Board Bistro downstairs.
