Villa.nautica is located in the middle of the two provincial capitals of Mainz & Wiesbaden directly in the idyllic side arm of the Rhine. Fast & regular public transport connection to Mainz & Wiesbaden. Ample parking is available at the harbor. At the moment, an unrestricted view of the Rhine from the inside of the boat is not always possible, because there may be another boat next to ours. Sabrina and Jan The space ++ Spaces ++ The houseboat has spacious living room, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, a kitchenette, a cozy bedroom and a terrace. ++ Equipment ++ The VILLA NAUTICA is optimally equipped with a Philips Ambilight 50 inch flat screen TV, 2 x hobs, fridge and De'Longhi Nespresso coffee machine. The decor is high quality and modern. ++ Available year-round ++ In winter the houseboat is heated in all rooms. In summer, the houseboat is equipped with built-in fans and provides adequate ventilation. Guest access On request, you can charter a sports boat or book guided boat tours directly on site under special conditions. (www.rheinboot.de). The spacious roof terrace can be used additionally by arrangement. In the summer months, the roof terrace is partly used by us (RHEINBOOT) during the day on weekends. Other things to note The houseboat is permanently in the harbor and therefore cannot be driven. In summer, small spiders feel very comfortable on the jetty, which is why it may be that a spider crosses you and they may also find cobwebs. However, our cleaning staff regularly removes them.
