Camino de Playa has a secluded and quiet location in the midst of vineyards and pine groves within a short walk of beautiful Barra beach. It is a small but well designed stone house with a double bed and a sofa bed that makes two single beds, perfect for 2 children. There is also a baby cot available on request. It has a kitchenette and a shower/WC and an outdoor kitchen with charcoal BBQ and gas plancha. It can be rented with the house and pool which accommodates 8 people. See other listing The space La Cabana is nestled in the middle of nature, surrounded by pine trees and vineyards. It is small but well designed and there is an outdoor terrace with a kitchen area so in summer you will be spending most of your time outside. The living area has a wood stove which heats the building very well and a sofa that makes two single beds as seen in the photos. There is a 1.4m wide double bed on the mezzanine above the shower room . The bedroom area can be separated from the kitchen and living area with a sliding door. The kitchen has a multifunction oven, induction hobs and a fridge and a table for 4. There is a large garden with stone terrace, an outdoor kitchen, seating area and dining area with a sink, charcoal BBQ, gas plancha and a table for 6 people. There is a washing machine in the shower room. There no television but there is good Wi-Fi. Phone signal is poor in the whole area. In summer we usually rent it form Sunday to Sunday, but from mid September to late May, it can be rented for a minimum of two nights. Contact me if it seems available but doesn't come up as an option. The house faces South East away from the main house, so it is very private and there is no issue of overlooking. Guest access The whole property. It's possible to access the house with a wheelchair via a ramp, but the garden has several steps and the paths around are sand, so it's not really practical for wheelchair users. Guests do not have use of the pool in the main house, except when there is a changeover in the main house (most Saturdays) when all guests can use it (I cannot guarantee that, but it's normally possible). You can also use the pool is no one is staying in the main house, which is often the case outside of the summer. The pool is closed from late October to Easter. Other things to note Please note that the property is in a nature reserve and is accessed by a dirt road. The road is fine for any car, small and large and it has been improved since some of the comments here were posted. The area is highly protected and the authorities do not let us pave the access road. The advantage is that very few cars ever come down as it looks very private.
