The space Two floors, on the penthouse top level of the building 24 and 25 floor, with the top floor having a big patio and a pool sitting tanning and dining areas. The lower floor has 5 bedrooms, with 3 full bathrooms. One of them with a jacuzzi bathtub. There is an additional half bathroom, a dining room, a living room, and a fully furnished modern designed kitchen. In the lower level there is also a large patio beach facing with outdoor furniture. Guest access The penthouse has a free guest parking in the development and a designated covered underground parking. There is a private elevator to take you to the pool patio. There is also a free access to the building’s private gym. Other things to note NO barbecue allowed NO pets allowed. NO partys and events. NO entertainment.
