Country-side scenic 75-acre family farm at the feet of Lookout Mountain, we are a working farm with a variety of animals plus a boutique flower farm that compliments our wedding business and community involvement. This pre-Civil War Farmhouse has been renovated with all of its past charms but with an eclectic vibe. The mountain views are amazing. Enjoy meandering our gardens and even a visit with our goats at the fences. Lots of natural beauty and conveniently located near Chattanooga. The space Guests get the main floor of the farmhouse which includes a spacious master bedroom and adjoining powder bathroom, a separate bathroom, and an open floorplan for kitchen and living room. There is a huge front porch with a swing and chairs and views galore with cafe lights for ambiance. The house does have an upstairs with additional bedrooms but this stairwell is closed off for the convenience of renting this space just for two. There is no house-sharing with this farmhouse. It is exclusive for the two of you. Update: Flowers are in bloom - poppies are here! Guest access There is space on the farm to meander a bit in order to see the gardens, visit the goats at the fenceline, and walk around a bit. We often have other guests at other houses that are being rented, tours for our wedding barn venue, or family/friends so just be respectful of the activities of our unique working farm. Though we have animals (and very friendly goats) who will often come to visit at the fencelines, no access inside the fences and pastures with the animals are allowed. We are a working farm so no access to our barns too. There is a community vibe about our farm since we are a family farm. Grandchildren may be riding horses in the fields, staff may be maintaining the gardens and grounds, visitors may be buying fresh eggs, etc. so though you have your privacy around your house, come experience a taste of the country with the full ambiance of a working farm.
