The master suite features a comfortable king bed to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The master bath features a shower and two walk-in closets. The other three bedrooms are equipped with a queen-size bed. The second bathroom offers access to the pool area to freshen up after swimming in the pool. Other things to note You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. The minimum age to place a reservation is 25 years. Access to the home can be restricted if requirements are not completed. This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.
