Other things to note We love this neighborhood because it is very safe and you have incredible views of one the greatest cities on earth. All the beauty without the hustle and bustle - a great retreat to wind down after touring the City. You have outdoor space both with the amazing views and a relaxing atmosphere. Our Boulevard is great for romantic strolls in the evening after a day of adventure in NYC (which is just minutes away). There are wonderful parks along the Boulevard too for day time fun and relaxing. There are several great restaurants in the area and a major grocery store within walking distance.
