Our Home was built in the 1930s it’s a beautiful Key West style wood frame with a living room two bedrooms, full kitchen (gas stove), one bathroom, front and back porches, spacious back yard Shaded by an Oak tree, two mango trees and giant Royal Palm. Fence front yard full of native plants giving you privacy while having coffee in the front yard. The space The house is centrally located in south Miami, close to the airport, downtown, Key Biscayne and its beaches, Coral Gables and walking distance to the newly renovated Cocowalk. The house is entirely yours, with living room that includes a sofa bed for additional guests and large TV. There are two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave, toaster etc etc. Comfortable front and back porches and a backyard with a barbecue, additional seating for a private and relaxing time. Guest access You have access to the entire home and can park right in front of the house. Walking distance to Cocowalk Village, Dinner Key Marina, David T Kennedy Park, Peacock Park and the Regatta Park
