Our Landshütt is situated at 1,550 metres directly next to a ski area, hiking and cycling trails. In the centre of a hut village on Klippitztörl. On 3 floors there are 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, 3 bathrooms and a large living/dining/cooking area. There is a variable games table (billiards and table tennis) in the party cellar, including a bar. In the large children's room there are many game options available. Smart TV incl WLAN per floor and a spacious sauna. Carport and storage room outside. The space The living area, including dining area and kitchen, is generously proportioned at over 25 square metres. Both master bedrooms on the upper and lower floors have double beds and a sliding-door wardrobe with plenty of storage space. In the children's room of over 15 square metres there is a bunk bed with 2x 90/200 beds and a box spring sofa bed 150 x 200 cm. There is also a TV with CD player, a play/painting table and numerous games. The "cream of the crop" is the party cellar with a multi-game table consisting of billiards, air hockey and a tennis table. There is also a cosy bar with stools and an XL fridge with freezer compartments (where frozen food can be taken on trust). On the 45 square metre terrace there is a large dining table with 10 chairs, two relaxing rocking chairs and soon a hanging chair. Smart TVs are installed in almost all rooms, 48 inches in the living room and 55 inches in the basement, all with the most important apps (Netflix, Amazon and Disney). The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard - including dishwasher, hob/oven and, of course, fridge. A soda stream is also available, as well as a filter coffee or Nespresso machine. Crockery, cutlery and glasses are provided for at least 10 people. All in all, a complete household is available. Guest access The carport has space for any vehicle up to a total height of approx. 2.5 metres. A further 3 parking spaces are available in front of the hut. There is a storage room in the carport, which can be locked with a secure padlock. The key safe is safely stored in it. The codes for the locks will be announced prior to arrival. A surveillance camera is installed in the entrance area. Other things to note A linen package is available for each guest, which includes several towels and of course bed linen - the costs for this are included in the final cleaning, hence the slightly higher amount than in other huts. The visitor's tax of € 2.90 per adult guest and overnight stay is to be paid separately on site via direct transfer or piggy bank.
