The space This split level style house features an airy and sunlit upper floor with cathedral ceilings, open plan living and dining, wood burning fireplace, and large gourmet kitchen with walk-in pantry. A hallway leads to three large bedrooms; the master has a king with en suite bathroom, and both guest rooms have queen beds. There is a 2nd bathroom with deep soaking tub and shower. A wall of sliding glass doors from the living room, brings the outdoors in with spectacular views of treetops and sky. The upper deck has ample seating for dining and lounging, and features a Weber grill. The sunsets are not to be missed. There are views of the Blue Mountains during fall and winter seasons. The lower level consists of a large open plan den with plenty of seating to watch movies, read or enjoy a game of foosball. There is a wood burning stove and a half bathroom with laundry. There is also a double bed tucked away in a nook which can be used to sleep 2 guests. The glass doors opens out to the lower deck leading to the large, fenced, sloped, landscaped backyard, heated pool, and large Springfree trampoline. The garage is used as a games' room with full size pool table, table tennis and a craft table with an easel and plenty of art materials. Perfect for rainy days or if you want to take a break from the sun. We also have an electric BMW for toddlers and an electric go cart for older kids. The house has central air/heat and ample parking is available on the private driveway. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, apart from the smaller closet in master bedroom and a closet in the hall. Also do not enter the cellar as it has tools and personal belongings. Only enter if access to the hot water boiler or electrical panel is needed. Other things to note Baby furniture is provided. There is a portable Joovy pack & play which is perfect for sleeping and playing and is large enough for two babies. This can be used inside and outside. Additionally, there are: baby gate, changing pad, a high chair, and potty. Please request for items to ensure they are left out. The pool is open during summer months from begining of May to Labor Day. Guests cover pool heat charges and an official meter reading will be sent at the end of the stay. It is best if guests avoid having the heater on all day at the highest setting as it can be expensive. Use of pool cover over night helps retain heat.
