My home is close to Lincolnville Beach, Ducktrap River, Camden Harbor, Belfast Harbor, Megunticook Lake, located midcoast for easy day trips to Portland, Bar Harbor, Blue Hill, many festivals, fabulous restaurants shopping. There are schooner trips from Camden Harbor, kayak and sup rentals. Farmer's market coffee or tea in the morning (of course!) I most often share some light treats --muffins or toast. Important Note: I have a 7 night maximum and a three-night minimum. 21 yrs. + rental The space My studio space is unique in that it is clean, quiet, and centrally located on Maine's mid- coast. The studio is so much more than a bedroom and my guests have all been pleasantly surprised when I open the door to their space. There is a small refrigerator in studio, an air conditioner and ceiling fan. There are many cooking utensils for use in the shared kitchen..., Cuisinart, Kitchen Aid, pots pans etc. and gas grill, and outdoor table. Guest access The space being rented is a space I call The Studio. It has a cozy sitting area with a gas stove and upholstered chairs, lamps and tables on one end and the sleeping area at the other and it has its own private entrance. The shared spaces are kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The shared spaces have worked out very smoothly each hosting season. I have hosted guests from all over the world and am looking forward to my 8th season this year. During your stay I would love to offer ideas for anything to do with the area...happy to interact with you or give you all the privacy you need. I can provide beach towels, picnic basket, coolers, beach blanket, menus, maps etc. Other things to note I am currently the only occupant of the home and there are not any pets. I absolutely do not allow smoking in the home or on the property.
