Sundance Beach House is private 2 bedroom house located directly on Pigeon Cay Beach, a stunning 2-mile long stretch of pristine powdery white sand that faces the beautiful turquoise waters of Exuma Sound in the Bahamas. The space The house has spectacular views of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets. The calm, clear, Caribbean water is ideal for swimming for children and adults. Behind the house is Pigeon Creek Back Bay, a protected inlet for kayaking, bone fishing and observing birds, sea turtles and rays. Built in 2017, the house features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and its own private full bathroom. The bedrooms are separated by a great room for ultimate privacy. The great room includes a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room area. The living room includes a bluetooth stereo and Smart TV with Apple TV. All rooms have high speed WiFi. Both bedrooms and the great room face the ocean with French doors that open to a wrap around covered deck. There are ceiling fans throughout the house and lots of windows to provide a good cross-breeze. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. A screen room on the west side of the deck is ideal for barbecuing, dining, lounging and watching the sunset during your evening meal. Beach towels and 4 lounge chairs are provided for lounging on the beach. Guest access Guests staying at Sundance Beach House may use the facilities at Pigeon Cay Beach Club, a small private resort located a few minutes walk down the beach. This includes the free use of bikes, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, boogie/skim boards, surf boards, snorkel gear, toys, games and a lending library. Other things to note The nearest grocery store is a small store located at the Bluff, about 1.5 miles away or 10 minutes by bicycle. Other grocery, liquor stores, and restaurants are reachable by car. There is bank/ATM at the Bank of Bahamas located at Knowles, about 20 minutes drive to the south. There is a medical clinic located in Orange Creek, about 20 minutes drive to the north.
