Located on 21 acres, this house and bunkhouse are waiting for your small or large group. Located minutes away from Lake Texoma. Get away from the city and enjoy this country estate. Lots of outdoor spaces for your group to enjoy a cookout, reunion or family gathering. The space A three bedroom, two bath house with two dining areas and a bonus/sunroom that opens through French doors to a patio with an outdoor dining table, chairs and umbrella. There is a mudroom with a foosball table too. The bunkhouse has one bathroom, 6 beds (two queen, 4 twins and a pullout queen sofa), a coffee bar, full-sized fridge. Linens & towels provided. One electric and one propane. Fire ring and horseshoes. Fully stocked kitchen in the house and coffee bar with sink and microwave in the bunkhouse. Ping pong table and paddles are available upon request. There a 4-bay concrete carport behind the bunkhouse available for use by guests of the house and bunkhouse. Great place to hang out with family or friends. Absolutely no pets allowed, no smoking or illegal drugs allowed. Guest access You'll have access to 21 acres full of walking/hiking trails. We have three small ponds with one pond being stocked. The acreage has another separate small guest house on the property (opening April 2022) that has its own road entrance and ammenties. This house may be rented by another party during your stay. Other things to note We have satiliite TV in the house. The bunkhouse TV is not hooked up to statillite but has a good movie/DVD selection. Cellular phone service may be low in the house and in bunkhouse due to metal roofs. No internet service available. The owners live next door and have large friendly dog named Blue that may visit unless you request to have him put up during your stay. No smoking inside and no unapproved parties allowed. Breaking either of these rules are subject to forfeiture of your entire deposit.
