Local activities include, swimming, kayaking, ice fishing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, and local snowmobiling trails accessible from the lake. Close to Okemo and Mt. Sunapee. Please note they the dock is removed in the winter as the water freezes, and is installed again in late spring. Guest access This rental is for full cottage access. Other things to note Lake permits boating with water skiing and tubing, but no jet skis allowed. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (6 guests)
