"New" vintage designed cottage. Only 15 minutes to Asheville city limits. Drink in the pastoral mountain views from the deck, relax on the dock with fishing pole in hand or make smores at the fire pit. Our adorable cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one on each level of the cottage, lots of privacy. During the fall and winter months, cozy up to the gas fireplace on the main level or take a nice relaxing bath in the clawfoot double slipper tub. Relax! Relax! Relax! The space Hiraeth Hill Cottage has a queen size bedroom on the upper level with a large sitting room. All bedding and towels are provided. The upper level bathroom has a double slipper clawfoot bath tub and a double headed XL shower. The upper level living area has a gas fireplace and a 60" smartT.V. (bring your log in). The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Sit a spell or enjoy dinner on the upper deck overlooking the pond and mountains. (The outdoor slipper tub is seasonal and can only be used when temperatures stay above 40degrees. April-Oct) The best spot for relaxing and stargazing! The lower level has an ample size living area with a 60" smart T.V. (the fireplace is inoperable). There is an area with a gaming table and a selection of board games. Perfect for lounging and family time! There is also a beautiful king size bedroom that opens onto the downstairs patio overlooking the pond. The lower level also provides a full bathroom and laundry room. You are welcome to fish in the pond (catch and release only, please no swimming) or enjoy relaxing in the hammocks on the screened in dock. In the evenings, you can gather around the wood firepit in the Adirondack chairs and raost smores. You may want to take a nice relaxing stroll up the driveway and gaze at the Buffalo, Elk and White Tail Deer at our neighbor's farm, Carolina Bison. Asheville has many wonderful vacation properties that would accommodate you and your fur babies.. Guest access Guests may also take a little stroll down the drive behind the barn to visit and interact with the goats. They love the attention!
