Guest access There is a strict 3 car limit. The neighborhood hoa does not allow street parking and will tow. RVs are not allowed but I can arrange for secure storage 2 minutes from the house. Other things to note PJs Market is a grocery store located at the entrance of the neighborhood with a meat market featuring a selection of the finest high quality cuts and seafood. They also have deli featuring grab and go sandwiches, coffee, pastries and pre cooked items. Located next door is a liquor store. During blizzards Highway 550 snow is constantly cleared by the city of Durango and our neighborhood roads are cleared by the HOA, even during heavy snowstorms front wheel drive or four-wheel-drive vehicles should have no problem getting up to the ski mountain from this home.
