Free use of washer and dryer. The house sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Beautiful backyard with newly refinished deck to sit and enjoy a glass of wine with your friends or family. No grill is avail at this time. PETS: Dog Friendly! The yard is fenced. Dogs only please. (Nothing against cats other than our allergies) There will be an additional $150 pet cleaning fee. POOL: The community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day (CLOSED IN WINTER). We are not responsible for the pool's closure, as it is a community HOA pool and out of our control. If this key card is lost, there is a $100 replacement fee. Summer 2024 Hours May 25 - August 11-any updated hours are sent in the greeting message on your day of arrival. Open:10am-8pm. Guest access Front door key pad entry. Code will be sent on the day of check-in. The community pool is accessed with key card, open seasonally. The garage and the master closet are locked and used for storage and supplies. If you need the garage or to use the EV charger please talk with us ahead for access. Other things to note There is a $150 pet cleaning fee, please include a pet in your booking or I can add pet fee after. 2 dog limit, unless previously discussed. The community pool is seasonally open from Memorial day to Labor day(CLOSED WINTER) and is accessed with a key card.
