Amenities include memory foam beds, blackout curtains, and smart tv. It is ~10 miles or 17 minutes car ride to Sea-Tac. The Landing shopping center & Boeing is 5 minutes away. The space The townhomes are the first new buildings on this street since World War 2. Guest access 4 townhome units share a common back yard. Other things to note Hot tub under the Gazebo is not operational! Guests might be required sign a Liability Release Agreement before check-in. The place is extra clean. All countertop, barstools, tables, and chairs are disinfected, and all floor vacuumed and mopped. Beyond washing the sheets and towels, all the blankets and coverlets are also laundered after each stay.
