The space This newly remodeled house will be a wonderful retreat for family/friends to enjoy. (There are tenants in the basement of the house. They have their own entrance.) Alpacas will be right outside the backyard!! If you are an alpaca enthusiast or just love animals, this is the space for you!! My husband and I live on the property and love sharing alpaca tidbits with the guests! Come have an alpaca experience. One that you will talk about for years to come! Guest access Guests have access to the entire upstairs of the house. Parking right out front. A nice covered front porch and a covered deck in the back. You can enjoy the gorgeous views while gazing at the alpacas grazing in the fields. Other things to note The house sits on the back of the property and is very peaceful for those times you just need a break from a busy life! The Airbnb is the upstairs of the house, 1500 SF, there is also a basement that is used as an Airbnb. Each place has its own entrance. We are farm living, so sometimes there are little critters around. We do set mouse traps on the property.
