This house is a quintessential Jersey Shore bungalow, with all of the comfortable upgrades (like central A/C) while maintaining a charming vintage feel. There are three bedrooms, and one full bath. The house sits a stone's throw away from the most magnificent sunsets the Jersey Shore offers. It's a short walk to the downtown shops and attractions, as well as the Bay front beaches and play grounds, or the beautiful beach and boardwalk. Bikes included! Beach badges avail for a small fee. The space Guests have plenty of space & privacy in this beautifully vintage decorated beach bungalow. There are two spacious bedrooms off of the open living room with ample storage and beautiful morning sunshine. The third bedroom has a private entrance and windows surrounding the room which gives a feeling of being outdoors. There is a fully stocked kitchen with every amenity for daily cooking, except a dishwasher. The bathroom has a full sized tub and window in the shower for venting and natural light. Outside, there is a modest balcony with wicker rocking chairs for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. There are also full size loungers out front for sunbathing, as well as other seating, a propane gas grill, and two lovely patio areas for outdoor family dining and relaxing. Guests have their own private driveway plus plenty of on street parking right out front. There is a bike rack on the side of the house with 4 bikes to enjoy during your stay. We have added landscaping to the property & a natural bamboo screen to give privacy to both guests and us. The back yard area is mostly off limits, except for garbage/recycling. Beach badges are available for a small fee. Guest access The entire guest house is yours to enjoy! The spacious front and west side of the house is also completely dedicated to our guests. Garbage and recycling will be directly out the back door, for your convenience. Other things to note We have a minimum age requirement of 24. Beach badges are available for $20 per person for the week… A savings of $15 per person per week!
