New in Spring 2022 is a covered back patio and covered front porch. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom and access to the back covered patio. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size futon on the bottom and a twin on top. The full size washer and dryer are located in the house in the hall closet.There is parking for 1 vehicle in front of the house and parking for a smaller vehicle in the driveway. Guests are responsible for providing their own bed linens, towels, paper products, cleaning soaps, garbage bags. If you choose to purchase the linen package it includes a full sheet set for each bed, bath towels, bath mats and kitchen towels Guest access You are about a 2 minute ride to the beach and a 5 minute ride to the water park, arcade, Sandy Mart or Meet n Eat. Other things to note There is a parking fee required that is paid directly to Ocean Lakes. If you register and pay more than 2 weeks prior to your arival it is $12 per vehicle per day. If you pay within 2 weeks of your stay it is $15 per vehicle per day. You MUST be 25 to rent the house and also be available to speak over the phone before your stay and sign a guest agreement that will be emailed to you.
