There is no guest access to the basement. Smart lock Guests will receive their smart lock key code the day of check-in. The code is scedule to activate at the 4 pm check-in time and deactivate at the 10 am check-out time. Any exceptions to the check-in or check-out time must be pre-approved in writing. Thank you!
