Beautiful 2BD/2BA deluxe 3rd-floor condo with spectacular BEACHFRONT views of the Gulf. Recently updated, it sleeps up to 8 people. Offering TX-sized amenities, a convenient location, a beautiful beach, and 3 swimming pools, one is Olympic size and another one is heated seasonally. It's easy to play a round of tennis with the convenience of 4 courts and a poolside Palapa Bar & Burger Shack (open seasonally) making lounging by the pool just much more relaxing. NO PETS. RENTAL AGREEMENT is a must. The space This unit is designed with a soothing beach feel including stylish furnishings and peaceful artwork. Sit out on your large private balcony and listen to the waves as you enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise, or a nice glass of wine as you take in the stars at night. The condominium's kitchen and bathrooms were recently remodeled and are well-appointed with granite countertops and new cabinets. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all dishes, including plastic dishes for the toddlers, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with seating for 6 people plus a bar between the kitchen and dining area for casual dining or extra seating. The open living room looks directly at the beach and houses a new queen sofa sleeper. You will also enjoy the Entertainment Center that has a DVD player and Bluetooth Stereo along with a HUGE 60" LED TV. Each room offers Cable TV along with free Wi-Fi. The view of the Gulf is absolutely amazing from the master bedroom. It features a private master bathroom and a new king size bed. The second bedroom includes two full beds with a full bath within just steps. This is an amazing condo that caters to families, couples, or a group of friends that just need a great getaway. The SPI area has many restaurants, bars, local shops, fishing, sailing, golfing, birding, horseback riding, parasailing and more. The SpaceX South Texas launch site, also known as Boca Chica launch site, is a private rocket production facility, test site, and spaceport constructed by SpaceX is approximately 5 miles south. Spend the day exploring what the area has to offer and then return to your own peaceful beachfront oasis on South Padre Island. The SPI Chamber of Commerce has a large list of activities to do while at the island. Please know that this resort will charge for wristbands for anyone between ages of 10 and 32 during the month of March/April to control access to the property during Spring Break and Holy Week. They cost $25 each and will be charged at the entrance by security. Guest access A keypad is available 24 hours a day to provide entry for guests. A link with all the check-in/out and information about the attractions in South Padre Island will be sent to your email and via text within 48 hours before your arrival. While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year. 1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense. 2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy. 3. Pets ~ We do not accept pets in our property. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400. 4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed. 5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the ground floor or parking lot of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave. 6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours. 7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included. 8. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only. 9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you. 10. The guard at the entrance of the resort will charge $25/pp plus tax, ages 10-32, for the use of wristbands during the month of March "Spring Break" and Holy Week. Important: All our vacation properties come with a "starter kit" including several items such as hotel style soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Once these items are gone, please visit the local supermarket to replenish your needs. Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund. Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door. The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival. Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text. Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee. Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice. You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We highly recommend the purchase of your choice of Travel Insurance to try to recuperate cancellation penalties.
