Don't forget your coziest slippers for those evenings indoors! The space This home is new construction in 2020, high ceilings and spacious rooms surrounded by lake views. House features a outdoor pergola covered lounge area with flagstone patio, while the other side offers a shady grassy area with a seasonal hot tub. Orange Lake is a private lake and does not allow outside boats. It is a pet friendly and relaxed neighborhood. The lake is quiet and never busy with boats. It is busy with paddle boards, children and laughter in the air. Enjoy a sunset walk around the circle, or paddle board across the lake for a cocktail at the famous Lakeside Inn. I always feel like I'm on vacation in this home. There is a 3 night minimum stay during prime season May 24th-Oct 1st. Seasonal rates apply. Guest access Guests can enter with a push button lock code. Code will be given to guest prior to check in and will be changed for each guest for security purposes.
