The Seacliff is a unique property situated on a cliff with breathtaking views from the master bedroom, kitchen, living room and deck. Imagine yourself taking a dip in your own pool after a long walk on the private beach. We have beautiful and lush greenery and many chill zones that invite you to sit back and relax. The house is very airy and bright with central air. We have a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience, as well as an outdoor bar and grill. Parking on premises for 3 cars. The space The house was just completely renovated and everything is in great condition. Our home is very special to us and we paid attention to all the little details. We love coming here and we leave every time a little bit happier and more relaxed. We hope that this house will have the same effect on you. You will be able to comfortably sleep 6 people in the 3 bedrooms. Stairs to the beach are right next to the house. The beach is very typical for the Long Island sound with a mix of sand and rocks & shells closer to the water. We have a separate pool house with a fully renovated bathroom, which will make rinsing off after the beach or the pool a breeze. Pool can be heated. Fee: $40/day. A kayak, paddle board and many outdoor & indoor games will keep you entertained for hours. Please note that we are situated on a cliff. While we do allow kids, make sure to pay attention to the drops and keep an eye on the little ones at all times. Guest access The entire main house is for you to enjoy. We also have a one bedroom apartment on premises with a separate entrance that is vacant and we do not rent it out. Other things to note Cleaning is provided pre- and post check in. Additional cleaning service is available at $80/hr. Please let us know beforehand, so we can schedule accordingly. Please note that the house has a maximum occupancy of 6 people, we cannot accommodate any additional guests visiting throughout the day or overnight. You will need to submit names of all 6 guests staying at the house. Only the 6 registered guests are allowed on private beach. We also do not allow any pets on the premises. We do have security cameras in front of the house for added safety. The fireplace is not in operation from April - October. Pool is closed from October - April and will be opened mid May.
