The Heartwood Cabin is a freshly renovated rustic retreat nestled in the sleepy hamlet of Red Rock, NY. We just lovingly rebuilt and redecorated this charming cabin as a family getaway —we set out to create a place where we would be proud to bring our family and friends. The space With two bedrooms and a sleeping loft it is ideal for 1 or 2 couples or a small family. The living room is perfect for cuddling up in front of the beautiful stone fireplace or watching a movie on the flat screen television. The kitchen is fully stocked and organized to whip up an amazing dinner while still keeping the conversation crackling over the granite bar. The indoor dining area is big enough for six; there is also outdoor seating to accommodate 6. Enjoy coffee and the morning paper — and perhaps a round of chess— in the sunroom adjoining the kitchen Outdoor spaces include a front porch ready for lemonade, a back pea-stone patio for cocktails, grilling and dining; a dock for swimming and fishing in the small private pond, a hammock, and a fire pit for bonfires on starlit nights. While we lovingly call it “Tiny House”, The Heartwood Cabin has plenty of room for both relaxing and working. Our fiber internet is fast enough for streaming, Zoom meetings and online school.
