The unit is perfect spot for couples craving time in rural Vermont or for families/outdoor enthusiasts who want to go mountain biking, skiing, hiking. (Okemo 30 min. Killington 45). The space Ten acres of meadows and open fields abut 25 acres of wooded marked and maintained trails. Bring your cross country skies in the winter and wind your way through them! Spacious one bedroom unit with fully appointed kitchen, living and dining room combined (with queen sized sofa bed). Enjoy the view and the sounds of nature from the porch or the balcony. Great WiFi with strong signal strength. 2 car garage is yours to use under Meadow View equipped with a full sized refrigerator and washer/dryer. (In unit refrigerator/freezer is smaller). Unit is free standing and private but you may see other people using the trails (which we keep available for our neighbors who rode their horses through). Also the hosts home is on the property as well as another rental unit (called Sunset Cabin that is only open May-October). Guest access The entire 35 acres is open to you except for other buildings on the property including the host’s home. Hosts live on the property. Pets are allowed throughout the property. Catch and release fishing only.
