The quaint, lake town cottage is just a few short minutes from several private community beaches and sits on a quiet lot off the main country road. The house was originally put up as a single room summer escape. In 2021, we finished a complete gut renovation. The finished house was recently featured in Dwell magazine. Winter guests enjoy lots of skiing & tube activities nearby: 6 min - Winter 4 Kids 10 min - Mountain Creek Resort 20 min - Mount Peter 32 min - High Point Cross Country Ski The space We tried to provide modern luxuries to our oasis in the woods while maintaining its quaint feeling! The interiors are brand new with modern touches, but still preserve the cottage feel. Outside, a new metal roof suggests this house is different. From the back you see a new cedar clad bump-out, wrapped by a large deck that lets out to the lawn below. Guest access We have three parking spots onsite in the front of the house. Everything is within a few minutes' drive - beaches, deli, supermarket, coffee shop, etc. Other things to note *** For summer and fall dates, we're prioritizing 5 day bookings or longer.
