Jaw Dropping Ocean Front Views nestled in remote Falcon Cove, a grand-fathered neighborhood inside Oswald West State Park. This new award-winning custom modern home, inspired by famed northwest architect Tom Kundig, takes advantage of stunning views out every west facing window. The gourmet kitchen, with Miele Gas range, Oven, microwave and SubZero Fridge allow you to cook either that cozy dish that your heart desires, or keep it simple and live the charcuterie life, because it is your VACATION! The space This secluded custom modern beach getaway, fit for James Bond in the 60’s, exudes sleek style without sacrificing warmth by showcasing the use of walnut, Honduran mahogany, fir, maple and more behind panoramic wall-to-wall windows. Ascending the protected stainless steel staircase to the main floor, you might feel like you are stepping onto a spaceship. In addition, all the interior doors have frosted glass which provide light and privacy. The gourmet fully-equipped kitchen with waterfall green granite slab, echoes the majesty of the ocean. The dining table, which doubles as a ping pong table, provides ample space to eat, recreate or gaze out onto to the ocean and write. Nestled in the entertainment corner, an espresso leather custom sofa by Herman Miller encourages you to cozy up and watch your favorite internet show, or curated selection of dvds beneath theater-designed speakers. The stereo can also be tuned to your blue tooth smartphone to enjoy your own music, with auxiliary speakers in the kitchen. Beneath the television, a gas fireplace will warm the coldest bones, complimenting the radiant heat floors throughout. Walking down the hall to the bedroom you will find a bathroom on your left as well as a guestroom with a tapestry of the starlit forest. The master bedroom, with its luxury linens and fluffy down comforter, has dead on views of the mighty Pacific, gull rock and its smaller neighbor, Lincoln rock. (Staring at the stars). The custom tile bathroom has a floor to ceiling window that overlooks the same breathtaking view. Please note there are no curtains or blinds in the ocean front bedroom as to not block the view. Guest access Guest have full use of all unlocked spaces. There is a locked downstairs bunk room, which also houses the utilities of the building. Guests may also use the covered downstairs patio and table if desired. This is also where you will find a heated foot shower to rinse the beach off. Other things to note Please understand, particularly in the winter, that the ocean is quite wild. Please use your discretion and be hyper aware of sneaker waves and such when you are enjoying the beach. Please note at the front of the property there is a 20 foot drop down to the beach. There is no fence here. Beach access is located 100 feet to the north down the road. Also, particularly in the summer, water is a most precious commodity as can be noted by the signs around the neighborhood. Every home in the neighborhood is on their own small septic system, which is not designed for big water usage. These smaller sized lots are grand-fathered in as the minimum lot size for a septic tank now is one acre. Please be mindful of your water usage, as an alarm will go off if too much water is worked through the system at one time. Also, while it may seem obvious, the television does not telescope or turn in any way, and sadly, after two separate guests magically hoped it would, the tv fell out and cracked and damaged the wall in addition. If you’re physically challenged the beach entrance could be ominous as there are rocks that you must walk on to arrive to the beach. Pro tip. Go heel first. I haven’t fallen yet ! Also No pets of any kind allowed, and no children under 13. Thank you.
