The space * A private entrance basement/apartment from the backyard into our home. Fully equipped with 2 bedrooms (1 Queen & 2 Full-size beds), a large living area, and a modern full bathroom. * The total living area more than 1300 sq ft. One bedroom has a very comfy queen size bed, walk-in closet and an ottoman for extra seating. The second bedroom has two comfy full full-size beds. * The living room has a 65" flat screen TV with Verizon FiOS. * We are close to Potomac Mills Mall, Potomac Town Center with restaurants, Amtrak auto train station 10 minutes north. * Quantico Marine base is 7 minutes drive away. Washington DC is 35 minutes ride north. * The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, Electric Range, plates, knives, forks, spoons, and other necessary things. IMPORTANT NOTES: - We only have ONE Private off street parking leading to the walk-in basement entrance. Vehicles with business logos, big trucks, trailers or RVs are NOT allowed by HOA.
