The space This spacious home will comfortably sleep 13 people with a total of nine beds as described in this listing. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning. The downstairs is an open area and the air flows freely thru out. If the booking is for fewer than 13 people then extra bedrooms will be locked off to accommodate only the number of people for the reservation. Guest access All of this home is accessible to guests with the exception of the pool equipment room. Other things to note ELECTRICITY CHARGES- there will be no extra charge if your usage is under 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.2 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure.
